Started in Wales, working across the UK
Forward Biz Consultants was founded in 2017 by two former operations directors who were tired of watching small businesses get advice designed for FTSE 250 companies. Big-firm playbooks rarely translate to a 20-person manufacturer or a family-run hospitality group.
Our team now numbers nine consultants and two analysts, all based in Wales. We travel to clients when face-to-face matters, and run most of our weekly check-ins over video. A typical engagement lasts between three and six months, though some clients keep us on retainer for quarterly reviews.
We charge fixed project fees, not hourly rates. You know the cost before we start, and there are no surprise invoices at month-end. If the project scope changes, we re-quote and you approve it in writing first.
